This third report, drafted by the Working Group comprised of ten major plat forms and Civil Society Organizations, analyses and formulates observations on the status of the progress of the peace process in the Democratic Republic of Congo. This process could be construed as a «death-mute’s dream»1 if each Stakeholder fails to implement their different commitments. This report covers the majority of the observations contained in the previous two reports issued by the Working Group respectively on 24 February 2014 and 15 September 2014 which are still pending though it could have engaged the Congolese government, the regional governments and the other partners to be more active in implementing their obligations under the Framework Agreement….Download the full pdf file
